Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in INR and include/exclude applicable taxes as required by law.

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • The Toffee Jar is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

  • All food sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours/2 days of delivery with proof (Unboxing Video,photos and order details).

  • Approved refunds or replacements are at our discretion.

 

Allergens and Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase.
